Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Our commitment to improving diversity and inclusion spans our entire community of influencers, brands, employees, and shoppers. As the world’s largest influencer monetization platform, we have a responsibility to role model diversity and inclusivity and take deliberate actions to foster lasting and positive change - for our organization and the industry at large.

While we as an organization uphold influencers’ right to free speech, we do not tolerate racism and discrimination of any kind.

We are focusing on the following long-term actions to deliver on diversity and inclusion across our organization.  We are committed to ongoing progress and will continue to adapt to best serve and enhance our entire community.

Diversity Across our Influencer Network

We recognize that Black influencers, influencers of color, and minority influencers have been underrepresented in our network. To create an enduring solution, we are investing in resources to proactively recruit and support diversity in our network.

We are grateful for the many people across our community who have raised their hands to assist us with these efforts. This feedback and guidance further enhance our ability to strengthen and sustain our community of creators.

Diversity Across the LIKEtoKNOW.it Channels

Our social channels serve to introduce a worldwide audience to inspiring shoppable content produced by our beautiful mosaic of influencers. It is our commitment to consistently present Black, women of color, and racially diverse influencers and give visibility to their voices, stories, and shoppable content.  Collectively, we have a powerful opportunity to elevate and grow the diversity of our influencer community and we encourage each of you to like, tag, and shop their content.

We will continue to use our marketing channels to introduce and connect consumers to talented creators of all backgrounds and help to bring greater visibility to their LTK Shops, as well as the personal stories behind how they’ve built the businesses they’ve founded through rewardStyle.

The Health and Integrity of our Influencer Network

While we as a company have a duty to uphold our own values and policies, so too does our entire network of participating influencers. The rewardStyle Terms of Service prohibit influencers from publishing racist, hateful or discriminatory content.

We review every concern brought to our attention. In the event a potential violation is raised, we investigate and evaluate the concern and take the appropriate actions, up to and including termination from our network. Any concerns regarding influencer content that may be racist or discriminatory should be directed to influencerconcerns@rewardstyle.com.

As part of the ongoing education provided to our influencers, we will also offer training on diversity and inclusivity to our entire network.

Diversity Across Brand Partners & Partnerships

We are actively recruiting Black, Asian and minority ethnic-owned brands and businesses, as well as brands that champion under-represented groups, on the rewardStyle platform to create greater representation across our brand partner network. These efforts include waiving onboarding fees and prioritizing their applications for review.  We also offer bespoke strategies in partnership with these businesses to enhance performance once in-network, and assist with promoting them to our influencer audiences.

Additionally, our commitment extends to building greater diversity in paid campaigns with our brand partners, ensuring campaigns represent a true reflection of society across body shape, age, ethnicity, and marginalized identities. We partner closely with brands on casting requirements to ensure better and consistent representation of racially diverse influencers in each and every campaign.

Diversity Across our Employee Base

rewardStyle firmly believes a diverse employee base is critical to fostering innovation and enriching our business and culture.  We are committed to the equitable and fair treatment of employees and job applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or genetic information.

To embed inclusive behaviors into our organization, we provide educational training for rewardStyle employees to champion inclusivity, uphold fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants, and mitigate potential biases in hiring and promotions.  To further diversify our applicant pool, we are expanding recruitment to better reach Black and under-represented talent for our open roles.

We are Listening

We recognize we can’t do this alone. If you would like to participate or have suggestions for consideration, please email listening@rewardstyle.com.
